The Margolis Law Firm
Your Trusted Partners in Immigration and Real Estate Law
Why do we offer both
Real Estate and Immigration services?
For over forty years, The Margolis Law Firm has provided high-quality legal services in two primary areas: transactional real estate (both commercial and residential) and U.S. immigration law, with a particular focus on business clients. The origins of this dual practice trace back to the well-known international corporate firm of Whitman & Ransom—founded by Charles S. Whitman, the forty-first Governor of New York State. As a junior associate at the firm, Jeff Margolis was assigned to split his time between real estate transactions and corporate immigration matters. Mornings were spent drafting office leases for midtown towers; afternoons, preparing visa petitions for international entrepreneurs.
