Temporary Immigration and Investment: E-2 Treaty Investors Visa

Foreign nationals seeking entry into the U.S. for a temporary basis can apply for the E-2 nonimmigrant classification. The E-2 Treaty Investor visa allows a national of a treaty country to be admitted to the U.S. when investing a substantial amount of capital in a U.S. business.
